Instructions to Authors

International Journal of Pharmaceuticals and Health Care Research (IJPHR)

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts directly through by email at editorijphrjournal@gmail.com. Submissions should include metadata or indexing information to enhance online searchability and visibility. Supplementary files (datasets, research instruments, or source texts) may accompany the manuscript to enrich the research contribution.

Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be submitted as a single Microsoft Word (.docx) document, containing the Title page, Abstract, Manuscript text, and Corresponding Author information.

  • Corresponding author details must include name, full communication address, telephone, and email address.

  • All manuscripts must be approved by all listed authors prior to submission, including declarations of any potential conflicts of interest.

Types of Accepted Papers

  • Review Articles (3000–10000 words)

  • Original Research Articles (3000–5000 words)

  • Short Communications/Technical Notes/Commentaries (1000–3000 words)

Manuscript Format Checklist

  • Title (maximum 150 characters)

  • Author(s) full name(s), affiliation(s), complete address, city, pin code, state, and country

  • Abstract: 200–400 words

  • Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords

  • Double-spacing, 1-inch margins, numbered pages

  • Clear, concise English language

  • Tables and figures embedded within manuscript body text

  • Tables in editable text format (not images)

  • Figures must be submitted as JPEG files with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi

  • Captions provided for tables and figures

  • All abbreviations explained upon first usage

  • Use International Systems of Units (SI) for measurements

Authorship

  • Maximum of 8 authors per manuscript.

  • Authorship credit is based on substantial contributions to conception/design, data acquisition, data analysis/interpretation, drafting/revising manuscript critically, and final approval of the manuscript version.

  • Contributors who do not meet authorship criteria must be acknowledged separately.

Reference Style

  • IJPHR follows Harvard Referencing Style (Parenthetical referencing, e.g., Chernin 1988).

  • References cited in the manuscript text must be alphabetically listed in a reference list section titled "References" at the end of the manuscript.

Proofs

  • Authors will receive edited manuscripts and page proofs for verification.

  • Corrections must be minimal and clearly marked; reply to editor queries promptly.

  • Authors must respond with corrections within 48 hours.
